The password  reset function  in your customer  control  panel is disabled 

The billing software  provider  has disabled  the password  reset function  over 2 years ago 

Please pick a password  that you can remember  but hard for others to guess 

If you wish to change your current  password  you can do this in your control  panel 

If you forgot your password  you need to open up a support  ticket  we will have to close your current  billing  profile  and create a new billing profile  for you
